Refund policy

1.Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please contact our customer support team before returning any products.

 

2.Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The product and packaging must be in original condition

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number) must be provided

※ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return.

 

3.Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The item shows signs of use due to a change of mind

  • Sale or promotional items (if clearly marked as non-returnable)

4.Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected,
refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility,
except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

 

5.Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
